About S.T.E.P. Intervention Services

Tondra K. Frisby established S.T.E.P. Intervention Services in 2007. Being clean and sober since 1996, Tondra has a deep passion and desire to help those suffering from the disease of addiction get into treatment,while also providing education and comfort for the family.

Tondra is certified by the Ohio Chemical Dependency Professionals Board (OCDPB) with a CDCA. She is certified by the Pennsylvania Certification Board as a C.I.P. (Certified Intervention Professional). Tondra was trained in the Family Meeting Approach Model by the Illinois Institute For Addiction Recovery (IIAR), and became a member of Association of Intervention Specialist (AIS) in November of 2009. In 2012, Tondra was appointed a member of the board of AIS. In 2013, Tondra was honored to be #8 of the Top 10 Interventionist in the United States

S.T.E.P. Intervention Services will provide professionally planned and facilitated interventions for those suffering from the disease of addiction, SPECIALIZING IN ADOLESCENTS AND YOUNG ADULTS (18-35) with love and respect.

S.T.E.P. Intervention Services' FEATURES working with families that have teens and young adults in crisis. Getting teenagers and young adults to accept help is not easy and it takes a special person with a gift to accomplish that task. Tondra K. Frisby has been blessed with a gift to use with that population.
